Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of our services at Lè Pure Aesthètique. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Services

Lè Pure Aesthètique offers a range of cosmetic services, including but not limited to cosmetic injections and skin treatments. Service availability may vary, and clients are encouraged to inquire about specific treatments by booking in a consultation. 

Appointments
  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

  • Services are restricted to persons 18 years and older.

  • A confirmation will be sent via email or SMS upon booking.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellation may result in loss of deposit

Payment
  • Full payment is due at the time of the service, minus the deposit.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards and Afterpay.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Health and Safety
  • Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment.

  • Lè Pure Aesthètique reserves the right to refuse service to clients who do not meet health standards or pose a risk to themselves or others.

  • All new clients, treatments will only be administered after medical clearance has been granted by our prescribing doctors.

  • Lè Pure Aesthètique complies with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA); all our health care practitioners are AHPRA registered and are up-to-date with all standards and policies.

  • Treatment results are not guaranteed, and outcomes may vary from person to person. Lè Pure Aesthètique can not guarantee results.

  • All procedures carry risks, which may involve but are not limited to bruising, swelling, infection, and vascular occlusion. 

Consultation

Prior to treatment, clients will receive a consultation during which treatment options will be discussed. Clients must provide informed consent for any procedures.

Aftercare

Clients will receive aftercare instructions specific to their treatment. It is vital to follow these instructions to ensure optimal results and minimise complications.

Liability

Lè Pure Aesthètique is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from treatments provided, unless caused by negligence on our part.

Changes to Terms

Lè Pure Aesthètique reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws. Personal information collected during your visit will be kept confidential and only used for administrative purposes.

Photography and Privacy

Pre-treatment images are required for treatment planning and medical records;  any photos used for social media will require a separate permission form to be signed by the recipient. 

Third Party Services

Our website may provide links to third-party services such as Afterpay, Lè Pure Aesthètique is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Medical records and personal information may be shared with healthcare providers involved in your care.

Data retention

We retain your personal information and medical records in accordance with the Australian Healthcare Regulations & will not sell, rent, or lease them to third parties.
